The Dayforce Careers Portal is already live and open to internal applicants ready for a career shift and to external candidates eager to join the Microart team. The company is now actively hiring across various departments, including Supply Chain Management, Customer Service, Operations, Quality Inspection, etc.
Microart’s HR department explains, “we’re working hard on both internal and external fronts. First of all, we’re strengthening our employer value proposition and improving benefit programs to retain our current employees, some of which have been with us for more than 20-30 years. Secondarily, we are focusing on recruiting new professionals who share our values and are willing to embrace current industry challenges.”
